Dr. James & Anna Bearss are the founders of On Target Ministries providing Theological Education. On Target Ministry was founded in 2006 with the vision and determination to obey 2 Timothy 2:2 - the missions model of the 1st and 21st centuries. They are committed to the work of teaching the Bible and training national pastors overseas, so they can teach others and reach people in their country for Jesus Christ. Their ministry is to form Bible Institutes designed to commit a full curriculum of Biblical Theology to national pastors worldwide so that the people in their churches, their communities, and their nation will benefit from the blessings of knowing Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior (evangelism) and the joy of living by the Word of God (discipleship).

John & Joanna Frey have partnered with the ABWE-UK team, ministering through church planting and restoration. They are working alongside British believers in an effort to establish new local churches or to revitalize those that are struggling to remain open. The vision of this ministry is to "Restore. Equip. Send." It is the Freys' desire to see the growth of healthy local churches throughout the communities of England. They supply leadership, preaching & teaching, and ministry development to build up the local church. They also desire to see British leadership trained and equipped to carry on the gospel ministry. This training is for all believers, from the faithful lay members to those called to full-time ministry. The ultimate goal of this ministry is to see new mission movement sent out from these local churches.  Their desire is to see British believers sent out to their own country and also going around the world proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Dr. Wayne & Susie Vanderwier are the founders of Overseas Instruction in Counseling which started in June of 2006 because they had a heart to bring Biblical-based counseling to pastors around the world. OIC continues to be blessed by the Lord as they receive invitations to train in more and more areas of the world. In the first 15 years of ministry, OIC has had training programs in well over 30 countries through local church training programs as well as partnering with seminaries around the world to provide a Master of Arts Degree in Biblical Counseling. They also have been instrumental in having 35 textbooks and 36 Biblical Counseling pamphlets in various languages to aid their students. Everywhere there are people, there is a need to train pastors, church leaders, and others to help people grow in the knowledge and application of the truth.
