AWANA & WOL
Register now! AWANA & Word of Life Student Ministries are at the church each Wednesday, during the school year, at 6:15 PM. There are Bible Study, games and treats. Students, grades K-12 will love it!
FYI: When the schools have a holiday or cancel due to inclement weather, our student ministries are also cancelled.

Ladies' Fall Bible Study
Our Ladies' Fall Bible Study will begin Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at 6:30 PM at the church. This Fall and Spring of '25, we will use Amy Fata's new book, Gratefulness Matters, to aid our study. Books are available at the back of the auditorium for $14.

"Take Heed to Yourself and Your Doctrine" is our Men's Fall Bible Study each Saturday at the church beginning Saturday, September 28 through November 9, 2024 at 8:00 AM. Invite your friends!

Join us for our Last Sunday Lunch, Sunday, September 29, 2024, at 12:15 PM, at Quaker Steak & Lube Restaurant, 6245 Ameriplex Drive, Portage, IN. You can sign up on the bulletin board at church. This is a great time for fellowship and meeting new people.

Art Classes with Friends & Family
On the first Friday in September (6th), October (4th), and November (1st), Open Bible Church will host Art Classes with Friends & Family. The doors will open at 5:00 PM to set up. Classes will be 5:30-8:00 PM.
We will find inspiration from Joni Eareckson Tada’s life, her work, and her love for Jesus in these next art classes.

We will have our quarterly OBC Family Meeting, Sunday, October 6, 2024, in place of our Sermon Application Groups at 11:00 AM. This is an opportunity to get an update on the OBC ministry.

Christmas in October is a time when we take a special Christmas offering for our missionary families. Our service will be Sunday, October 6, 2024, at 6:00 PM at the church. This is a great time to pray for the life of the church and to receive all the latest updates on our missionary family. Prayer is the lifeblood of the church. Everyone should be there!
